It is hard to take your eyes off of Keeley + Clayton’s zest for life and each other. Amy (my second shooter) had the honor of crying and laughing through an emotional rehearsal dinner on Friday night. Person after person talked about the impact that Keeley + Clayton had on their life. You can easily call them a “power couple” which they would humbly deny. Ridiculously good looks… check, vivacious personality…check, sick dance moves…check, but more importantly they have hearts of gold and both intentionally pursue and love people. So, it wasn’t a shock to see 350 people show up Saturday for the wedding. Everyone claimed to be best friends, a second parent, or practically family to Keeley + Clayton.
It started to rain right before the start of the ceremony, delaying things a bit. However it was no big deal when there was an adorable barn to move everything into! I appreciated Keeley + Clayton’s ability to know what was most important on the day and not get caught up in the logistics. Everything was perfect.
It was good to be back in Texas, where the country line dancing is strong and few people sit the whole night when dancing is to be had! However, little could prepare me for the jaw-dropping the first dance, salsa, swing, and much more dancing we saw! It was also a complete privilege to finally hear the A&M fight song at a wedding. So all you AGGIES out there looking to get married, I am your girl cause I am an Aggie at heart. Whoop!
I believe they chose me as their photographer because they trusted me. That is the most rewarding and important thing I could ask for from any couple. Keeley + Clayton, you are both are gracious, make others feel loved, and you sure know how to throw a great party!!
Loads of love and thanks, xo! #claytonandkeeley
